In no event shall A.S.V.S.'s total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of such images may violate, without limitation, copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
6. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are Trademarks of A.S.V.S. Inc or third parties. A list of major A.S.V.S.'s trademarks is set forth below. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of A.S.V.S. or the third party owner, as applicable. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site is strictly prohibited. You also are advised that A.S.V.S. Inc. will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.
7. A.S.V.S. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. A.S.V.S. is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by A.S.V.S. of the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.

Although A.S.V.S. may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the link on the Site, A.S.V.S. is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. 9. A.S.V.S. may at any time change these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting without notice to you. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. Also, A.S.V.S. may at any time terminate your rights under these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, if you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof.
10. No product or other intellectual property developed or sold by A.S.V.S. Inc. may be used for life support applications without the expressed written permission of the President of A.S.V.S.Inc. Any applications exposing the equipment to high voltages, lightning strikes, explosion, molten metal, high temperature or volatile substances must be approved in writing by the President of A.S.V.S. Inc. No system designed by A.S.V.S. Inc. should be used in circumstances where failure due to flawed design , materials failure or other component faults or any other external influence will cause personal or material damage. In the event that a A.S.V.S. system is exposed to such circumstances A.S.V.S. Inc. will bear no responsibility for any loss or claim resulting from such misuse.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts law. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating in any way to this Site will be brought exclusively in the Federal or State courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A.S.V.S. and its agents and affiliates against any claim, liability, expense or damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

1. Subject to credit approval, invoices are due and payable net 30 days after shipping. Overdue invoices will be subject to a surcharge of 1.5% per month or part thereof.
2. The Company reserves the right to obtain credit references and credit terms are subject to The Company's discretion.
3. Prices are quoted FOB manufacturer/distributor or Fairfax, VA.
4. Title to goods will remain with the Company until payment for those goods has been received in full.
5. In the event of seriously overdue and delinquent payment, legal action will be taken and the buyer will be liable for all resultant collection and/or legal costs.
6. Cancellation of orders will be accepted only at the discretion of the Company.
7. Returns will be accepted only at the discretion of the Company, and then only after issue of a return authorization number. Returns are subject to 20% restocking charge. Custom built, Software, and/or custom ordered items are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
8. Validity of this quotation is 30 days.
9. Insurance is added to the cost of shipping unless declined by the client in writing.
10. Partial shipments will be invoiced on shipment of goods and are subject to the same terms as above.
11. Warranty/Liability is limited per Warranty Description.
12. Issuance of a Purchase Order acknowledges and accepts these standard terms and conditions unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
13. The Company will not be responsible for typo's or multiplication errors, i.e., Quantity, time, cost, per unit, etc.
14. Any PO issued based on a quote issued by ASVS shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
